Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from damage, stains, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital products or downloadable content
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@clevelanddinglellc.org with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
